Terms & Conditions
ORDERING
- I ask that you have information such as Name, Theme, Color Palette, References etc ...
Please provide a clear image, reference or description.
- I may charge extra for concepts that are not fully developed.
CREDIT & USAGE
- Commissioned pieces are JUST FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY !
But commercial rights and resales are possible if you want !
For commercial rights you will have to pay the price x2 (For the overlays etc..) and for the Logo is +180%. Resale of my work may be permitted with my approval. Please contact me first.
- Always give credit where possible. Please reference back to my Twitter @NayaakiArt.
- I reserve the right to share commissions as portfolio examples on social media. Exceptions can be made for projects that may want to be kept private for certain amounts of time. If is a private Commission you have to pay 50€.
PROCESS
- I have the right to decline any commission and terminate any current commission if I do not feel comfortable continuing.
- I only accept payment through Paypal and Ko-Fi.
- I require full payment upfront before I begin the commission. I will not start until I receive it.

- If your DM's are not open at the time of initial contact, your slot will be released.
- Progress will only continue after I get your approval on progress updates. There is no rush to respond to my messages, but please be aware that this may extend the time needed to complete the commission + don't be rude when you GHOST ME PLS !
- IF THE PROGRESS HAS BEEN APPROVED, CHANGES WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE !!! SO THANK YOU FOR BEING SURE OF YOURSELF WHEN YOU TELL ME "I LIKE IT" !!!
If you really want changes after validation of the Progress, you will have to pay the base price again if is a LOGO COMMISSION or you will have to accept the product as is. If is an other commission the Revisions go to be chargeable (~5/10€).
Understand that I do everything with my hand. A single product takes me more than 20-30 hours or more, that depends of the Commission.
- You have 5 Revisions. After 5 it will cost extra if something that is requested will require me to change a whole concept or something that was previously approved. This is a case-by-case price.
- You are always able to ask for progress updates but please don't spam me. I have a life like you too. ^^
DELIVERY
- As for the "DEADLINE", it will be difficult for me to give one. I have a lot of commissions, I stream on Twitch too and on top of that I do a lot of things everyday in my life too and I have health concerns that sometimes cause me to have no energy !
This may also vary depending on the quantity of items ordered.
I hope you will understand me. Know that despite everything I will do my best to finish your commission as soon as possible !
By the way if you need an Express Delivery that would be possible. All the Price is on the button Prices & Samples. So don't put PRESSURE on me if you haven't paid Express Delivery. I do my best to ensure that you receive a beautiful result, so it takes time and that's normal.
- My days off are not counted in your deadlines. Example: If you want an express delivery of 1-2 weeks, you will have to add 4 days of delay, because I take 2 days off per week.
- If there is any cause for major delays, I will always contact the customer.
- All files will be given to the customer by mail.
REFUND POLICY
- I do not allow refunds unless there have been no progress updates for 5 months since payment.
This does not apply if the customer has been unresponsive to a previously sent update.
- If I must delay a commission from a promised deadline and we cannot agree on a new one or if there is a failure to deliver within a promised deadline, I will refund per unfinished product.
- There is no fee for dropping out of my waitlist.
